Dillon Manufacturing Introduces Wear-Resistant Carbinite
Dillon Manufacturing claims its new Carbinite coating increases jaw gripping strength and tool longevity.
Dillon Manufacturing (Springfield, Ohio) recently introduced its wear-resistant, textured carbide coating Carbinite. The company claims Carbinite doubles gripping strength, reduces cycle times and increases tool life. Dillon Manufacturing recommends Carbinite for vise jaws and step jaws, noting that the coating can be applied through electrospark depostion after jaw milling.
