Dürr Color Change System Doses 1-10 Colors
EcoAUC control system utilizes gear dosing pump for efficiency.
Dürr’s EcoAUC control system uses PLC and valve technology to operate EcoMCC color change systems with 1-10 colors. According to the company, dosing is carried out using a high-efficient gear dosing pump EcoPump9 GW or the compact paint pressure regulator EcoFlow. To maximize efficiency, the integrated control for a high-speed rotary atomizer can be extended by a high-tension cascade for external or direct charge. EcoAUC can also control various automatic spray guns with air spray, airless or air-assist application technology. The company says that a modern interface enables simple, straightforward operations control.
