Coval Technologies’ (Stafford, Texas) SP-HV industrial sprayer, based on industry-standard diaphragm pump technology, uses a separate air compressor to drive the pump, ensuring high efficiency and reliability.
This pump system paired with Coval coatings can drive production rates of coating 50,000 ft.2 in four hours. It is a solution for sealing and coating large surfaces such as factory floors, aircraft hangars, outdoor driveways and flatwork projects.
The SP-HV sprayer is Teflon-coated with EPDM seals, enabling it to be used for spraying primers and coatings, in addition to cleaning chemicals, densifiers, acetone dyes and a variety of non-acidic chemicals, apart from Xylene, benzene and toluene.
