Magenta Shade for Anodized Aluminum Is Free of Heavy Metals
Clariant’s Sanodye Magenta LF combines red with a touch blue in a non-bleeding, single-dye formulation that is also heavy-metal free.
Clariant has introduced a durable magenta shade for coloring anodized aluminum. Sanodye Magenta LF combines red with a touch blue in a non-bleeding, single-dye formulation that is also heavy-metal free.
According to the company, the product offers a unique level of light and weather fastness for indoor and outdoor applications, and its single-dye formulation provides uniform, high reproducibility, which allows it to achieve a precise shade for color-matching packaging, such as for cosmetics. Besides color consistency, single dyes also are easier to handle than blends, Clariant says. Sanodye Magenta LF shows good dye bath stability and enables a stable dyeing process.Related Content
