Gema USA Inc. announces new OptiCenter All-in-One OC11 powder management system, uniquely designed with two OptiSpeeder powder hoppers combined with the OptiSpray All-in-One SIT dense phase pump technology. The OC11 allows the ability to coat two independent colors in ultra-fast succession.
Our OptiCenter All-in-One OC11 Powder Center features two OptiSpeeder powder hoppers to enable coating of two independent colors in succession with ultra-fast color change, MultiColor Switch technology to provide the fastest switching between OptiSpeeder hoppers, the ability to coat simultaneously from both powder hoppers or dual fresh sourcing for continuous and longer batches and the OptiSpray All-in-One powder application pump.
Up to 36 OptiSpray All-in-One can be directly integrated into the OC11, eliminating the need for a gun control cabinet, saving equipment footprint space and providing ergonomic plant layouts that can be installed quickly.
