Ametek Brookfield Names Division VP/Business Unit Manager
Joseph Plante comes to the company with 27 years’ experience in engineering and program management.
Ametek Brookfield has appointed Joseph Plante as division vice president/business unit manager.
Plante has 27 years’ experience in engineering and program management, and most recently served as president of Diba Industries, a subsidiary of Halma, in Danbury, Connecticut. Prior to that, he was president of Needletech Products and Galt Medical, divisions of Theragenics Corp. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from UMass Amherst, a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a master’s in business administration from Babson College.
