Coventya Announces New Staff
Randie Cistone joins as human resources manager, while Carrie Cotter takes over as customer service manager.
Coventya has hired Randie Cistone as human resource manager and Carrie Cotter as customer service manager, both based at its Brooklyn Heights, Ohio, location.
Cistone will be responsible for management of all human resource policies, procedures and programs. She has over eight years of experience in human resources, including employee relations, training and talent management.
Cotter will be responsible for management of all customer service activity, including customer service, sales and operations. She has more than 15 years of customer service experience.
