Coventya Announces Organizational Changes
Mike Kelly named president as company is adopting a regional-type management structure.
Coventya made several promotions and staff changes as it adopts a regional-type management structure. Mike Kelly is president, assuming responsibility for commercial and technical activities in America and Canada. Erik Weyls is vice CEO, sharing operational and management responsibilities with Dr. Thomas Costa. Weyls is focused on commercial and technical aspects of the business, working closely with the individual geographical regions for day-to-day operations.
Lon Thrasher is group executive vice president, Americas. Bryan Thrasher is executive vice president, managing human resources, operations, finance, EHS and quality. Mike Wagner is vice president of operations.
Coventya manufactures specialty chemicals for electroplating, surface finishing and friction control.
