AgiSonic Cleaning Machine Designed for Large Parts

Blackstone-Ney Ultrasonic's AgiSonic cleaning machine is designed for heavy-duty parts washing with vertical parts agitation. The machine is available in three standard sizes. Each system includes an air-powered agitation platform that facilitates loading, unloading and agitating parts with a 6" stroke as many as 15 times per minute. The machine’s parts include automatic filling and liquid makeup, pump and single bag filter, an overflow weir skimmer and automatic oil removal system and a liftoff lid. Ultrasonic time, cleaning tank temperature warm-up, filtration and oil removal are all digitally controlled using a touchscreen interface.
