Asterion's Zinc Systems Provide Corrosion Resistance
Designed for white corrosion and red rust resistance.
Asterion’s alkaline and chloride zinc plating systems offer white corrosion and red rust resistance along with extended neutral salt spray test performance. Each integrated, multilevel system — Ultra, UltraPlus or UltraMax — is comprised of a Technibrite-hex, chrome-free zinc, Technicoat trivalent passivate and water-based Techniseal sealant for corrosion protection. The systems are engineered for both rack and barrel operations as well as ease of operation and waste treatment. According to the company, the systems are based on processes approved by Harley-Davidson, are RoHS-compliant and offer enhanced aesthetics.
