Walchem, Iwaki America Inc., presents the Intuition-6 Metal Finishing Cu/Ni Controller. Two sensor input slots are said to provide extraordinary flexibility; the same controller can be used with almost any type of sensor. Copper or Nickel plus pH and dual analog inputs for any 4-20 mA transmitter. Multiple relay and analog outputs enable the controller to be used in more applications, and it includes Plating Control (with totalizing metal turnovers) and Plating Follow features.
Applications include electroless Ni/Cu plating, micro etch, washer cleaning and rinse tanks, chromate conversion, electroplating, anodizing, RO systems, fume scrubbers, boilers, wastewater treatment and more.
